Celebrating Success
Doug Harris - New England Basketball Hall of Fame

Doug Harris, CEO of the Kaleidoscope Group, who has worked in the field of Diversity and Inclusion for the last 25 years, was inducted into the New England Basketball Hall of Fame at a major ceremony at the DCU Center in Worcester on August 8th, 2015. Doug Harris joined other honorees representing a variety of categories, ranging from high school players to senior adults who still play the game at age 65 and over. The New England Basketball Hall of Fame dinner has become one of, if not the, largest sports dinners in America.

Doug Harris, was a key ingredient of the winning teams at Kingswood Oxford in Connecticut during the mid 70's when they ruled the Kingswood Invitation Tournament as well as the Erickson League. His all around play and tenacious spirit lead him to leave it all on the floor each and every night. Whatever was needed to get a victory, that is what he gave. After leaving Kingswood he had a career at Tufts University in Massachussetts where he captained his college team. Congratulations Doug from your family.
